The solution to bindweed is not more time on your knees: it’s zero light on clean soil and a decent overlap.

What roll

2×50 or 2×100 if the bed is long. 1×10 or 2×5 for planters and trials. 105 g/m².

Less evaporation, less weeds, visible dripping on top. Gravel or bark on top for UV protection.

Choose the width that avoids a puzzle. The large roll is cheaper per meter than three 5 m rolls.

With tomatoes already planted?

It can be cut in a cross, worse than installing it bare. Better now in the new gaps.

Bermudagrass?

Clean rhizomes first. The fabric is not a spell over a living meadow.
