How do I place an order?
Add products to the cart and complete checkout. With an account, all orders appear in My account.
Do I need an account to buy?
You can check out as a guest. An account lets you save addresses, reorder and track shipments.
How do I track my order?
Use the link in the confirmation email or look up the order at Track order with the number and email. If you have an account, it also appears in My account.
Shipping
How much is shipping and when is it free?
Mainland Spain standard shipping starts at €5.95 and is free from €49.00. Balearics, Canary Islands, Ceuta/Melilla and each EU country have their own rate. The exact cost is calculated at checkout from country and postcode.
How long does shipping take?
Mainland: 24–72 working hours. Balearics 2–4 days. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 4–8 days. The rest of the EU is typically 3–10 working days depending on the country.
Do you ship outside Spain?
We ship to Spain (mainland, Balearics, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and the rest of the European Union. Choose country and postcode at checkout to see the rate for that zone.

Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (Stripe or Redsys), PayPal, Bizum and bank transfer. Online payment is SSL encrypted.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown with 21 % VAT included, unless the product page or invoice says otherwise.
Returns
How do I return an item?
You have 14 calendar days from receipt. Request it from the order page (Track order) or write to us. Details on returns.
Club and referrals
How do points work?
They are credited when you pay. Redeem them in the cart. Bonuses apply for sign-up, reviews and birthday (if you add the date in your profile).
How do I invite a friend?
Copy your club link or share a product. Your friend gets a discount on their first order; you get points and a commission when they pay.
Products
What if a product is out of stock?
Leave your email on the product page and we will notify you when it is back.
Can I review a product?
Yes, on the product page. If you bought it, the review is marked as a verified purchase after moderation.
