Rosemary
Woody drought plant. A “sad” rosemary is almost always overwatered, not thirsty.
Rosemary dries out from the top when the roots are rotten below. Before watering more, remove the root ball and smell it.
Care
Sun, wind, pot that drains, water when it feels light. Continuous kitchen pruning.
Problems
Dry branches due to collar fungi. Scale sometimes. No hydrogel.
What we recommend at Control Garden
Substrate with clay pebbles and perlite. Pot 7-11 L, not a bucket without holes.

Can a dry branch recover?
The branch cannot. Cut to live wood. If the collar is soft, it's difficult.
Fertilizer?
Little. Excess N gives tender shoots that burn in the sun.
