How to Control Aphids on Roses

Act at the bud, not when the stem is a green sheath.

The rose forgives a delay better than the tomato, but the deformed bud cannot be fixed. Spring = weekly round.

Soap at sunset on buds, gel if there are ants on the stem, trim the impossible shoot, do not fertilize N wildly.

Leave a small colony if you see ladybugs. In a hedge of 20 roses, do not expect miracles without a first pass.

Agricultural soap 1 L lasts you through spring. Ant traps prevent them from coming back up.

When you see them and then weekly. Followed by monitoring.

Cut flower?

Shake and check the bud. Don't gift a sticky bouquet.
