How to Eliminate Red Spider Mite
Increase humidity, wet the underside, and repeat. The web is a late stage.

Protocol
Isolate the plant, shower the underside, use soap if necessary, increase humidity indoors (without waterlogging the coco), repeat every 3-5 days several times.
Garden
Constant watering, less dust (a mulch), do not defoliate recklessly. A dry tomato in the sun is a candidate.
